Edwin received a first price clarinet in the class of Walter Boeykens and the Masters Degree of bassoon at the conservatory of Antwerp.
He worked as a free-lance musician for orchestras such as I Fiamminghi, the Beethovenacademie, the Flemish Opera, the symphony orchestra of Flanders ... .
He is the first bassoon player at the music chapel of the Belgian Marine corps since 2001.
Apart from his other musical occupations he writes music for Boenox.
